CA1 post -> A difficulty I faced

Life has been getting more and more boring for me... So i decided to post on my blog instead of wasting my time by sleeping or eating. Hmmm... a difficulty that i faced.... Ohh, i remember! Last week was indeed a tiring day for me. I have always aspired to be a mechanical engineer. I find that mechanical engineers are very cool and steady when they are fixing small parts together and how it can later move! Of course in our era of technology, i guess it wouldn't be of a problem. These detailed parts can really play an important part for the whole process! Imagine u have set up a computer but u have accidentally forgotten to put in the micro chip!!! So I think you can tell how much hard work and effort they have put in to build a model.

Back to the topic. Last week, My parents bought me a lego model, a Forklift Vehicle!! I was so excited. I have already 3 other lego models in my home and they are very much collecting dust. So I decided to bring them out and display them! The models that i built all had many small pieces, ranging from 3000 to 5000 pieces. Though these pieces of lego may look small, but thousands of them put together can really create a large model, not to say 5000. Each lego models have their own different functions. For example, the forklift like any other can help lift things up. But 1st, let me show you the very 1st model that got me hooked into lego fixing: the....... MotorBike! It may look simple and easy from the outside but in fact, its NOT! I built this model last June as it was a gift from my Uncle and Auntie and I'm very glad that they had done this. If I'm not wrong, i think this was the 3rd production for Technics Lego so what i have was the very 3rd model they had in their production line, that makes it even more valuable. Moving on, the 2nd model that i build was..(drumroll)....... The ice mobile suit!!!
By now i think you should have guess that all Technics Lego models are mostly red in colour. I prefer it simple and eye catching; and red is the perfect colour. As you know, ice mobiles don't have wheels but actually Long threads for maximum grip on the snow. This is the easiest model so far with 3140 pieces!!! Maybe i think that its easy as i have done one of higher difficulty before... but still the fixing part is hard. My fingers were very swollen when i was fixing this!!!! But still what i love most is the end result. And thats what this is all about... The 3rd Model that I'm going to show is......(drumroll)......The Cool Bunker car! Thats what i call it. This is the hardest model that i have built!!! By the looks, I think u can see the small gears inside it. This model caused me 3 days!!!! But Its The coolest model i have... and whats more, it can stretch from 31cm to 40cm!! Thats one of the properties for this. 5420 pieces... never imagined i could fix this... And lastly........The long awaited ForkLift!!!! See the front two 'hooks'? Those are to carry things up. I tried putting my book on it before and it worked!!! These model is very compact and heavy. But it can be put to use sometimes... technics is the lego brand that i love the most!! The models are so cool and big. Sometimes I envy myself when i look at them....Never thought i could have done this.... But of course Effort plays an important role in the process of building lego structures. But with hard work comes good end results. To all of you, Don't ever give up!!!
